VietBay Tet 2019 - Call for Sponsorship

Sponsorship Letter-VIETBAY TET 2019

                              At Michelle Park Community Center on Jan 20, 2019 (12pm – 5pm)

                  

With a desire to promote and preserve Vietnamese cultural traditions, especially for the generation of kids born and raised in the United States so that they can understand and feel the special moment of entering a new year , Vietbaywill host an annual celebration on Lunar New Year of 2019. The event will attract 350 members and guests joining in music performance, traditional games, and Vietnamese food.

              We are looking for sponsors who can kindly support us in this truly special event. Alternatively, this is also a wonderful opportunity for you promote your product/service directly to the Vietnamese community in Bay area by sponsoring this event at suggested amounts as follow:

                       The total funding will be spent for event decorations, venue preparation, and rewards for children in folk games, which contribute to making the event memorable and successful.
